Thanks to an efficiency-driven structure, each team member only accesses the features and data visibility relevant to their specific responsibilities within the organization.
Four roles for streamlined organization
We provide four role levels for clear, seamless, and secure management of your Onoff Business workspace. This structure ensures a precise distribution of responsibilities, smoother navigation, and full control over data security.

- Owner: Full access to all organizational, billing, and technical settings across the entire company.
- Admin: Operational management of users, numbers, and features for the whole organization, excluding billing and legal authority.
- Team Lead: Scoped visibility designed for managers. They have full visibility and coaching rights (statistics, live calls, recordings) over their assigned department(s) but cannot access other teams’ data or company-wide billing settings.
- User: Standard access to personal communication tools and basic settings.

The Team Lead: Management without complexity
