How to use Call Whispering in discreet listening or whispering mode?
Log in to your B2B console.
Go to the “Live calls” tab and access ongoing calls directly.
View the list of calls, see active calls, with information organized by date and time.
Check the details of each call to quickly understand who is involved and how long the call has been ongoing.
Interact with calls if necessary; if you are responsible for monitoring or managing certain calls, you can take the necessary actions at this stage.
Choose to join in “Whisper” mode to whisper and give instructions directly into your colleague’s ear, or in “Shadow” mode to listen to the ongoing call discreetly, without intervening.
