Quels que soient l\u2019origine, le statut socio-\u00e9conomique, l\u2019\u00e2ge, les capacit\u00e9s, le sexe, la langue, la religion ou l\u2019orientation sexuelle. Il s\u2019agit donc pour les compagnies d\u2019ouvrir leurs portes \u00e0 des profils vari\u00e9s.<\/p><p>Dans ce domaine, le recrutement est essentiel. Laure N\u00e9m\u00e9e de Mangopay d\u00e9taillait, lors de la conf\u00e9rence du FFDay, les strat\u00e9gies adopt\u00e9es par son entreprise pour s\u2019ouvrir \u00e0 des profils plus atypiques. Par exemple : ne pas exiger un certain niveau de dipl\u00f4me, r\u00e9diger des offres d\u2019emploi inclusives. R\u00e9sultat, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 respecte quasiment la parit\u00e9. Pour attirer les bons profils, l\u2019importance de la marque employeur est primordiale. Les RH et dirigeants l\u2019ont bien compris. Pour 80% d\u2019entre eux, ces crit\u00e8res qui garantissent une repr\u00e9sentation \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e des employ\u00e9s se r\u00e9v\u00e8lent \u00eatre des avantages comp\u00e9titifs.<\/p><p>Ainsi un index des entreprises les plus inclusives a vu le jour. Depuis 5 ans, Refinitiv pr\u00e9sente le top 100 des entreprises les plus diverses et inclusives. Parmi les champions, on trouve les \u00c9tats Unis, qui comptent 20 entreprises dans le top 100, sur 24 pays pr\u00e9sents. Le secteur qui obtient le meilleur score en Diversit\u00e9 et Inclusion est celui du software et des services informatiques. Avec le d\u00e9veloppement des startups et autres soci\u00e9t\u00e9s tech, on peut esp\u00e9rer que cette tendance augmente.<\/p><p>Les \u00e9tudes montrent que la diversit\u00e9 am\u00e9liore la productivit\u00e9, la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et m\u00eame le chiffre d\u2019affaires. D\u2019apr\u00e8s le think tank am\u00e9ricain Center for Talent Innovation, 48% des entreprises am\u00e9ricaines qui ont am\u00e9lior\u00e9 leur diversit\u00e9 ont am\u00e9lior\u00e9 leur part de march\u00e9. Et selon le Diversity Brand Summit, les entreprises inclusives r\u00e9alisent des revenus jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 17% sup\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 ceux des entreprises discriminantes.<\/p><p>Avec le Covid-19, la diversit\u00e9 et l\u2019inclusion en entreprise sont devenues des valeurs encore plus fortes. Car elles marquent les capacit\u00e9s de r\u00e9silience et d\u2019adaptation des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s. La diversit\u00e9 et l\u2019inclusion seront donc primordiales en 2021. Sans compter que cette d\u00e9marche s\u2019inscrit dans les engagements RSE que prennent un nombre toujours plus grand d\u2019entreprises.<\/p><p>Face aux grands d\u00e9fis de nos soci\u00e9t\u00e9s modernes, de plus en plus d\u2019entreprises s\u2019engagent pour contribuer au bien commun et elles sont encourag\u00e9es dans cette d\u00e9marche par les gouvernements. Parmi les obligations l\u00e9gales, les pouvoirs publics se sont concentr\u00e9s sur les travailleurs en situation de handicap et sur les femmes. Le quota de 6 % de travailleurs handicap\u00e9 au sein d&#8217;un effectif a encourag\u00e9 les entreprises \u00e0 faire des efforts. Et la loi Cop\u00e9-Zimmermann vot\u00e9e en 2011 a fix\u00e9 un quota de 40 % de femmes dans les conseils d&#8217;administration. Une d\u00e9cision appliqu\u00e9e depuis 2017.<\/p><p>Malgr\u00e9 cela, la diversit\u00e9 a du mal \u00e0 s\u2019imposer. Dans son rapport annuel, Refinitiv se f\u00e9licite de voir les diversit\u00e9s au sein des boards des entreprises cro\u00eetre sur les 5 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, mais regrette un certain ralentissement de cette tendance autour de 30%. En effet, il y a une diff\u00e9rence entre inviter \u00e0 sa f\u00eate plein de personnes diff\u00e9rentes et les inviter \u00e0 danser. Pour la diversit\u00e9 en entreprise, c\u2019est la m\u00eame chose. Non seulement, il faut pouvoir recruter des profils vari\u00e9s, mais \u00e9galement, inclure tout le monde : que ce soit sur le lieu de travail, mais aussi aux postes \u00e0 responsabilit\u00e9 ou \u00e0 la prise de d\u00e9cision. Les entreprises qui visent la diversit\u00e9, doivent aussi limiter les discriminations entre leurs collaborateurs.<\/p><p>Alors quelles sont les pistes pour favoriser l\u2019inclusion ? Pour cela, le management collaboratif est primordial. En d\u00e9veloppant la confiance donn\u00e9e \u00e0 ses collaborateurs, on valorise les succ\u00e8s et les comp\u00e9tences de chacun et on peut r\u00e9gler les conflits par le compromis. La communication sur les valeurs de l\u2019entreprise et les mesures d\u2019inclusion mises en place favorise une culture d\u2019entreprise plus ouverte. Le travail sur la coh\u00e9sion d\u2019\u00e9quipe avec des sorties (des d\u00e9jeuners, des pauses ou des ap\u00e9ros) contribue \u00e0 l\u2019insertion de tous. Et, bien s\u00fbr, assurer l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 d\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la formation ou la promotion de minorit\u00e9s aux postes d\u2019encadrements favorisent la diversit\u00e9.<\/p><p>Cependant, pour Ta\u00efg Khris, la diversit\u00e9 ne doit pas devenir un carcan. L\u2019important est surtout d\u2019ouvrir les esprits.
