D\u00e9sormais, notre espace de travail est plus virtuel que r\u00e9el. Alors la startup a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de s&#8217;appuyer sur ceux qui les pratiquent au quotidien pour former les autres. Une plateforme technologique permet \u00e0 chaque collaborateur de cr\u00e9er facilement du contenu p\u00e9dagogique pour les autres \u00e0 base de fiches, quizz, visuels ou vid\u00e9os.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4 &#8211; L\u2019impact environnemental et soci\u00e9tal, une aspiration grandissante<br \/><br \/><\/span><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/edelman.com\/trust\/2021-trust-barometer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">barom\u00e8tre de confiance \u00e9tudi\u00e9 par Edelman<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> montre que 86% des salari\u00e9s estiment que leur CEO doit prendre position sur des sujets de soci\u00e9t\u00e9 comme le changement climatique, les questions soci\u00e9tales, l\u2019automatisation des emplois, ou des probl\u00e9matiques locales.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019importance des questions soci\u00e9tales et environnementales prend une place encore plus importante quand il s\u2019agit des jeunes g\u00e9n\u00e9rations. Pour 6 mill\u00e9niaux sur 10, le sens de l&#8217;objectif est l&#8217;une des raisons pour lesquelles ils ont choisi de travailler pour leur employeur actuel (selon un rapport de Deloitte).\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La RSE &#8211; responsabilit\u00e9 soci\u00e9tale des entreprises &#8211; est devenue une politique indispensable \u00e0 mener pour les bo\u00eetes qui veulent attirer les meilleurs profils.
